Travel Clinic This clinic is run on Wednesday evenings to provide vaccinations required for travel. It is available to everyone, but patients not registered with us must attend as private patients. We are a Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre, recognised by NaTHNaC. Please ask at reception for Travel Clinic Information and an application form. When you have completed the form, please hand it in at reception and you will be contacted with details of your appointment. You will be given an information pack on your destination with other travel information. There is a fee for most holiday vaccinations, although some are free to registered patients. Details of charges are given in the table below. Patients not registered at the surgery will be vaccinated as private patients and will be charged for all vaccinations given, plus an administration charge. All chargeable vaccinations must be paid for in full when the vaccination is given. Where a course of vaccinations is required, the course must be paid for in full at the time of the first vaccination. You may also have the pay in advance for vaccines which are ordered specially for you.
