Centre Information
Sett Valley Medical Centre is a PMS Practice on the edge of the Peak District in New Mills. It is situated 14 miles from Manchester, 6 miles from Chapel en le Frith and 8 miles from Stockport. We are a six partner practice who operate out of modern, purpose built premises, opened in 1992.
We in fact have two practice sites. The main building is in New Mills and the branch surgery is nearby in hayfield. See location for more.
Confidentiality
All our services are confidential. We share information with other health professionals involved in your care unless you request otherwise. We need your consent to release information to other parties. Sometimes we are asked to release information to outside organisations eg, the Health Authority, to enable monitoring of services etc. In these cases we will remove personal details from the information.
