Complaints

We aim to give the best possible standard of service, clinical and administrative, at all times. However, there may be times when you feel this has not been achieved. We operate a practice complaints’ procedure, a copy of which is available for patients to see at the New Mills site. We will try to address all your concerns promptly and provide you with an explanation and discuss any action that may be needed to improve the service we provide.

Confidentiality

All our services are confidential. We share information with other health professionals involved in your care unless you request otherwise. We need your consent to release information to other parties. Sometimes we are asked to release information to outside organisations eg, the Health Authority, to enable monitoring of services etc. In these cases we will remove personal details from the information.
